About Ingrid Pasten

We are thrilled to have Ingrid Pasten as our Child & Family Therapist, bringing over 15 years of experience working with clients who have been sexually abused. With a warm personality and multi-cultural expertise, Ingrid combines her knowledge in child abuse with a wealth of experience in various modalities. We are particularly proud to have her on our team because she is a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), has completed Level 1 EMDR training, and is Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These certifications enable her to provide a highly effective and gentle approach to therapy, making our process very approachable and non-invasive. Ingrid’s expertise ensures that our clients receive the highest quality care, always prioritizing the protection and well-being of the child.
