Hannia, a resident of Norwalk for the past 50 years, brings a rich background and deep connection to the community. Originally born in Costa Rica, she has become an integral part of the local fabric. In 1996, Hannia achieved an Associates Degree in Human Services from Norwalk Community College, marking the beginning of her dedicated career in the field.

Over the years, Hannia has demonstrated her commitment to the Human Services sector by working with diverse populations. Her experience reflects a broad understanding of the needs and challenges faced by different communities, contributing to her effectiveness in creating positive impacts.
