Gina Hutchinson, Residental Manager, Ludlow Commons

Gina Hutchinson joined the Human Services Council in January of 2017.  She is the Residential Manager for Ludlow Commons, an Elderly Congregate property.  She is well versed in the property management field and has developed 20 years of knowledge via her experiences working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.  She has served both families and seniors of different economic and social backgrounds.  Her mixed portfolio consists of market and low-to-moderate income housing ecompassing a variety of programs including Tax Credits, HUD, Section 8 Vouchers, Project-Based Units, Supportive Housing and more.

Gina grew up in Stamford, CT, but is originally from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  Gina serves as Director of the First Haitian Evangelical Food Pantry in Stratford, CT and works with her church organizing basketball tournaments to keep youth in the community active and busy.  Being of service to others makes her happy.  Gina is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds a residential Broker’s license.  Gina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in International Business from Teikyo Post University here in Connecticut.  She enjoys being part of a team-oriented organization that delights in treating employees and residents as family.
