About Diamond Sead

Diamond Sead is a vital member of the Human Services Council (HSC) team, where she serves as the coordinator for the Dr. Robert E. Appleby School-Based Health Centers and co-facilitates the Norwalk SMART Recovery teen group. With a background rooted in human development and family studies, Diamond brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. A proud graduate of Norwalk’s own Brian McMahon High School, she is deeply connected to the community and is the proud parent of two Brookside students. Diamond’s dedication to the well-being of others shines through in her work, making her an invaluable asset to HSC and the Norwalk community alike.
