About Gina Hutchinson
Gina Hutchinson became an integral part of the Human Services Council in January 2017, assuming the role of Residential Manager for Ludlow Commons, an Elderly Congregate property. With an impressive 20-year career in the property management field, Gina has garnered extensive knowledge through her experiences with both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Her expertise spans various aspects of property management, showcasing her versatility in serving diverse communities. Gina has dedicated her career to assisting families and seniors from different economic and social backgrounds. Her portfolio includes managing properties encompassing market and low-to-moderate income housing, with involvement in programs such as Tax Credits, HUD, Section 8 Vouchers, Project-Based Units, Supportive Housing, and more.
Gina’s roots trace back to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, although she grew up in Stamford, CT. Beyond her professional commitments, she actively engages in community service. Gina serves as the Director of the First Haitian Evangelical Food Pantry in Stratford, CT. Additionally, she collaborates with her church to organize basketball tournaments, fostering a sense of community engagement and providing constructive activities for the local youth.
Being of service to others brings Gina happiness, and her involvement extends to her membership in the National Association of Realtors, where she holds a residential Broker’s license. Gina earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in International Business from Teikyo Post University in Connecticut.
