Forty years. Thousands of students. Countless lives changed.

For four decades, the Norwalk Mentor Program has believed in the power of one caring adult to make a difference. As the first school-based mentoring program in the country, it has connected students in grades K–12 throughout Norwalk Public Schools with dedicated mentors who encourage dreams, build confidence, and remind young people that someone believes in them.

Because one mentor can change a life. And together, we can shape the next 40 years.
